The Unexpectedly Good Vegetable Soup

I have been exposed, so I confess. I do not like vegetables. I am also well aware of the necesssity to eat. My mother told me one day about a soup she just discovered and gave me all the ingredients. You have to imagine my disappointment. I managed to get away with not doing it for a while but eventually she cooked it for me and I of course had to taste it. I couldn’t believe the result! It should literraly be impossible to achieve such a taste with those ingredients! It smells weird, its colour is weird, the ingredients are weird but the soup ends up incredibly well. And need I say it is ready in ten minutes?

Without further words, here is the magic recipe.

Vegetable Soup

Cooking Time: 10 mins


  • 1 zuccini
  • 200g spinach
  • 3-5 artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese


  1. Boil the vegetables in salt water.
  2. Blend the cooked vegetables.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add spices but I prefer this simple.
  4. Add cream cheese.
